Sales Representative
Lake Motor Group SD is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to help customers find the right vehicle at our Ramona, CA location. You'll work warm, inbound leads from our website and phones — no cold calling. We give you the inventory, the tools, and the training; you bring the people skills.
What you'll do
- Greet and help customers in person, by phone, and by text
- Guide buyers through inventory, test drives, financing, and delivery
- Follow up on inbound website and phone leads promptly
- Keep customer records accurate in our CRM
- Hit monthly sales targets with the team
What we're looking for
- Friendly, honest, and reliable — customers trust you
- Comfortable with phones, texting, and basic computer tools
- Sales or customer-service experience is a plus, not required — we train
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
